This place is incredible! It is just a 10-15 minute walk from the RER and in a quiet neighborhood. Our dog loved the fenced-in backyard! The contact-less check-in instructions were super thorough. And the place itself is spacious, cozy, and they've thought of everything from outlet placement to a smart TV with apps already loaded, etc.

Philippe is a perfect host! Coming for a fair, I was expecting to be Close to Villepinte exhibition center, And that Is it. Nevertheless Philippe made my stay ať his place very pleasant and brought me plenty of advices. Internet, bedroom, bathroom were ať the level i expected, and the ratio quality for Price Is excellent! Go there you Will not regret it!

The property is pretty new on the block, we just had a night stay over before we left Paris on our road trip. The staff is super friendly, quick and helpful. The rooms were big, when compared to most rooms in Paris, and extremely clean! Definitely worth the price!

This property was absolutely perfect. It was super clean, very spacious and had everything you could possibly need and more. My kids loved the fact there was a tv in the bedroom aswell as the sitting room. There was plenty of towels etc. The bed was really comfy as was the couch. Everything was brilliant and probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in. All of the staff were really friendly and polite and could communicate well in English if needed. Breakfast was superb. Overall a brilliant stay. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Paris especially wanting to stay close to the airport. Taxi is quite pricy and was €40 euro. They do have a shuttle service for €5 however I instead used the free bus, the (43) bus stop is just outside the hotel slightly further up the road and took me straight to the airport (terminal 3).

Brand new hotel, 5 minute walk to the metro (for 2,10 EUR you're in the city centre in half an hour), easy parking. The neighborhood is fine too. Would definitely recommend.

Liked everything from the min I stepped in until I left.. room was immaculate and comfortable. Breakfast was superb worth pre booking. Location about 4 min from the T2 to T1 shuttle train.... So glad I did not have to wait for buses etc at 8pm on a winters night... Excellent value.
