Very kind and helpful owner! The attitude towards the guests is truly remarkable, it might be the only thing to return again! But there are a lot of other aspects that we enjoyed while the stay: the location is excellent (within walking distance from the main attraction); the parking is free even if you have already checked out; the breakfast is inexpensive, delicious and nutritious; the room was clean and cozy; everyone was so responsive, so, when I forgot my phone, they helped me go through everything and finally find the phone! Almost everything was so cute about this place. Merci beaucoup for this 2 days, we will remember it for the rest of our lives.

The main thing of the hotel and the whole Normandy is the manager Kiki🩵 Everything was great - check-in, big comfortable for family room, dinner, breakfast, she even found a barber shop for our son! Wonderful wine list! oysters, lobsters, tartare! Kiki listened to all our wishes and immediately fulfilled them! Kiki is so friendly that we decided to stay one day longer)) This is more than just good service! The family room was spacious, the bathroom was modern and everything was clean. The staff were kind and accommodating. There's a pretty garden in the rear with tables and chairs where we ate our dinner as we had some trouble getting a table at the nearby restaurants. There are plenty of take away options close by. It was a short walk to the train station where we arrived and took the bus to Mont Saint Michel. It's also not far from the laundromat and a lovely old church. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It was perfect! We made a spontaneous reservation and they were ready when we arrived 20 minutes later. We got a room at there collaboration hotel "Victor Hugo". Staff were at both places. Breakfast was good. Bed was perfect. Bathroom was perfect. It also has a little bar and lounge area. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel.
