I absolutely loved Château de Paulignan! I’ve stayed here two years in a row and already can’t wait to come back. It’s a peaceful, beautifully place in the heart of a stunning wine region — a real hidden gem. The rooms are full of character, decorated with beautiful antique furniture, and the whole château has a rich, fascinating history. The pool is amazing, the breakfast is delicious, and the host is incredibly warm and welcoming. A perfect spot to disconnect and soak up the charm of France.

The hostess and host were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were excellent. The bed was comfortable and I liked our room. The location is very good for exploring the Minervois and surrounding areas. The property is very nice. The facilities were good but the weather was a bit cold for using the pool.
