Super hotel, very good sound insulation. Very helpful staff. Compliments for Clémence who very patiently explained an app with which we could hire e-bikes in the square in front of the hotel. This saved the day because I cannot walk very far and the local bike shop had no more bikes to rent out. Valence is a lovely small town. We recommend strongly!

The young lady at late evening check-in was super friendly and professional. Check in was smooth and the room was very clean, modern and had super comfy beds! The shower was also very clean and nice. I'm very surprised, the room was cleaner and better than many 3/4 star hotels. There is also a huge gated parking lot for customers. I'll definitely stay here again when driving through France!

Very good central location, near the station and they also have a garage to put your car. My main positive comment is about the staff. Easy to find and we were given a ground floor room. We parked our car outside the room - excellent. The bed was comfortable and the food was very good, the staff were efficient and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were excellent value.
