Rachael is a great host! She's very nice and very accommodating for arrival and departure. The room is cozy, there was fresh flowers 🌺. It's convenient, there is a microwave, plates, forks, a few snacks, tea and coffee. The bed is very comfy. It was really clean!! The village is small but cute. There is a beach close by where you can see dolphins!

Spacious room with comfy bed. Kind and very helpful staff. Hotel is footsteps away from all the Rent a car services and from the Airport. We had an early flight and skiping the morning hassle with taxi and drive was a huge advantage.

The staff are so jolly and amazing helpful and always have a chat with you. The food be prepared to eat lots of food lots of choice hot freshly cooked and so tasty look out for the SPECIAL OF THE DAY it is special. I’ll be coming back with family

The staff were very friendly. They had a wonderful breakfast to go for us on the morning that we had a tour to the Isle of Skye. The place was warm. We enjoyed the bar and we were able to relax and play pool. It was a 10 - 15 minute walk to downtown.

The hosts are amazing, the breakfast was phenomenal, the room was absolutely spotless and clean and everything you could think of was thought of, it had everything so it was a no brainer. I would so go back..

The village was clean and tidy and there is everything you...

The village was clean and tidy and there is everything you need on your doorstep.We found the people really helpful and friendly.There is a lot too see and some great walks for all ages.We spent a lot of time on the beach and down at the harbour.We would recommend the Chinese takeaway it was really good and worth every penny.There is a lovely swing park for the kids with something for all ages.Avoch is easy to get round as everything is at hand,it is a great place and the scenery is spectacular.

It's a beautiful village.

It's a beautiful village. We saw dolphins in the Moray Firth from the breakfast room at our B&B! The harbour is nice and an excellent dolphin boat trip leaves from there. The only downside was that there is no pub, and there aren't many taxi companies, which means one of you may end up as the designated driver a lot of the time.

The cottage was delightful - it was very clean, well equipped , modern kitchen, comfortable beds and in an excellent location. Parking practically outside the front door. Although Avoch is small, there are lovely take-away restaurants and a cafe within less than five mins walking distance. The owners are really lovely and couldn’t be more helpful. Everything you need on a holiday.

Great location, right on the waterfront. Fantastic views. Good location for travelling around Black Isle and Inverness area. Really liked Avoch as a village - interesting place to walk around and good facilities close by. Host provided plenty of information although it took us a little while to work out the TV.

The location was great,everything you needed was right on the doorstep,out of all the places we visited I would recommend Avoch,the village and people made us feel welcome.We couldn't have chosen a better location,my grandson collects sea glass,he was in his glory.

Very cute little town close to Inverness. The room was very comfortable and had everything you need and more. Rachael is a very kind host and it’s nice to stay at a place like hers compared to a hotel chain
