The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large and well equipped. Everything was very clean and the room was well presented. There was a kettle in the room with a wide variety of warm beverages. There is good free parking available at the property.

The location was spot on for sight seeing around Bath. The breakfast was 10/10 absolutely delicious so many options!!! The room was so beautifully decorated and the bathroom as well. Super clean as well. Staff were super friendly. Lovely to have the pub adjoined next door which is a lovely place for a drink, we didn’t have the time to eat there but was always busy! Taking across the road 1 minute walk £15 per 24 hours which isn’t too bad. Waitrose nearby as well which is handy! Would definitely choose to stay here again if we returned to bath! Thankyou so much!

FAQs about hotels in Bath

Roman Remains and Georgian Grandeur

Wonderful, World Heritage-listed Bath is an impressive mix of Georgian architecture and Roman legacy. Its most famous landmark is the fantastic, natural hot spring Roman Baths. Although everything above the pillar bases is from a later period, you still get an idea of its appearance in Roman times. Sadly you can’t bathe here, but across the street the rooftop pool at Thermae Bath Spa offers views of Bath Abbey and the surrounding hills.

Check out the stained-glass windows in the abbey, England’s last remaining Gothic church. Its square houses Pump Rooms dispensing hot spring water from the Roman baths.

Just behind, the Parade Gardens by the River Avon overlook Bath Rugby Club, the multi-levelled Pulteney Weir and Grade I-listed Pulteney Bridge, lined with shops. Other Bath shopping options are the Southgate Shopping Centre, the bohemian Walcot Street market, and high street stores on Milsom and George streets.

North is The Circus, a circular square lined with Georgian townhouses, only marginally less impressive than the Royal Crescent down the road. You can now visit number 1 Royal Crescent, restored to its 18th-century glory.

Before heading to Bristol Airport from your Bath accommodation, take time to try the famous Sally Lunn Bun and stop at the pleasant pubs along the Kennet and Avon Canal.

Had some great meals at Portofino, The Raven and The Circus. We did the quest and explored Bath using the treasure hunt app. Great fun and you get to see and learn about the city. Also the evening ghost tour was fun and you learnt more about Bath. Bath assembly rooms were really interesting.

What a beautiful city - hard to beat this one.

What a beautiful city - hard to beat this one. Striking architecture and lovely buildings - world class. It seemed that we could only scratch the surface of this stunning city in 2 days/nights. Wide range of excellent bars, cafes and restaurants - very high quality. The shopping is also superb with a wide range of fabulous shops to suit every taste and budget. I will make this an annual visit from now on.

The architecture of Bath is always so beautiful and so fascinating. The sense of affluence -- very chic and expensive shops, and millions of cafes and restaurants -- is in sharp contrast to the number of homeless, druggies and alcoholics visible in the city. What is being done about this awful polarisation?

It was a great time when we went to Bath, it wasn't too wet and cold. When we had our Roman Baths Tour, it was just cloudy but not pouring and it wasn't crowded. so it was easy for me to navigate and enjoy the tour without it being too many people in the area.

Pleasant staff. Good housekeeping. Clean hotel. Very modern. A lovely pleasant stay again. Great location right in the city centre. Bath spa around the corner from hotel. Really good location, very friendly reception staff. The cleaning in the room was not great, expecial in the bathroom. I could see mould and dirt all over the shower wall. Also the spa is not the best, doesn't offer too much and the pool area needs some refurbishment. Is annoying that the kids have limited time to the pool, the weekend we were there I could see lots of children in the hotel, but the time for them is just a few hours.
