Lovely well-run hotel convenient to restaurants and city centre shops. Staff are very friendly and helpful and are ready to offer advice on good shopping areas and tours of the city etc. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of food and staff on hand to replenish food as needed. This hotel is a gem in the heart of Belfast. It is located in the center of city, just 3-5 min away from the City Hall on foot. Regarding location: - has several landmarks in close proximity - bars and restaurant right outside - shops and pastry shops close-by if you don't like going out, as well as a mall 10 min away - several bus routes nearby and tour buses that go from few streets away - right near Aircoach/Dublin bus stop The hotel itself: - clean - quite spacious rooms - each room has a bathroom and a small kitchen area - you get tea/coffee each day and a cookie - comfy beds - despite being quite close to city center, quite quiet, and once you close the windows you don't hear much The staff: - the girl who welcomed me on the 19th Oct at around 4pm was really nice and answered all of my questions, I'm sorry I did not ask her name to give her a positive recommendation here but was a bit tired and did not think of it then. - amazing people really - friendly and kind, and willing to answer your questions about the city - helped people and held their bags while they were exploring the city even after checking out - always greeted you when going out in the morning and returned

Easy to get around city on foot.

Easy to get around city on foot. The Christmas Markets are fabulous. The Lights all around the city Hall and streets are magical. People were so friendly and helpful when asking directions to the Bus Stop. Unfortunately we were not able to stay in the city as we had booked to go to the Eirkson Centre on Sunday in Lisburn. It was only a short drive away from the InnBelfast Hotel and easy to find with free parking. We had a very enjoyable short stay and most certainly will return.

The heart of the town is really nice, the architecture is cool and the historical aspect of the city brings another dimension to even a single day journey. However it is quite small and i'd recommend going up north to the Giant's Causeway and / or Derry.

Breath taking in my opinion, surely anyone who enjoys life would enjoy Belfast... The Ivy, The shops, The Opera House, City Hall, etc, and a most amazing busker called 'John Garrity'... I gave him £1.20p... I think his voice is right up there... :-)

A modern, clean city centre with some magnificent old buildings, particularly the City Hall. We were in the International Conference Centre for the Oireachtas event and that area is quite striking with the river and some fine examples of modern architecture in the vicinity. The city centre felt very safe and there was a good atmosphere in the streets with Halloween revellers. We ate in three restaurants and were very satisfied with the quality of the fare.

There are lots of tourist things to see and do in and around Belfast. There are great pubs and restaurants in the city and suburbs. People are very friendly. Just be mindful if you have a car parking at times can be difficult in the CBD. That said, park on the fringe and walk into the city and take in the sights and sounds of the city.

Hotel was located close to the city centre and to the SSE Arena. Easy to reach from the main road (which is a plus, if you're not comfortable driving in cities). We used the Value Car Park nearby, for which we received a reduction upon checkout from the hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. Tea/coffee making facilities were available in the room, too. The breakfast buffet was well organised and the offerings were tasty.

Lots of great things to say about this hotel. Warm welcome, spotlessly clean room, facilities as expected, and location very close to Queens University with a huge variety of bars and eating establishments on the doorstep, Having said that, its only a 15/20 minute walk into the city centre, with everything it has to offer. A particular thank you to Amanda on reception who was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was located in the city centre and was ideal for a night out with friends. When we checked in, the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was perfect. I may have to return just for the breakfast buffet which was amazing. Very good value for money, I've stayed at other hotels from this chain and this one has to be the best so far. Recommended.
