The hotel exceedingly met my expectations of an art hotel, everything was designed with consideration, including the stairs of the hotel. Me and my husband dropped off the luggage early which was convenient and were upgraded to a mini flat later when we checked in. The room was very spacious, with a kitchen, bunk bed and a seating area, very nicely decorated. I asked for a hairdryer as it was not in the room, and they saw my request right away. The breakfast was great in the mornings, especially loved their berry compote, they had vegetarian options on request as well. On New Years Eve, they provided us with bubbles to cheer with on the countdown to 2025, which was a bonus. Additionally, I thought I lost my necklace in the room, and when I contacted them about it, they were very accommodating. I will definitely book them again when I visit Belfast, as it is right in the centre and half an hour drive away from the airport.

With an unbeatable location right in the centre of the city, this hotel is one of the first choices for travellers. It is situated in 5-7 minutes walking distance from the bus station and City Hall, and 10 minutes taxi drive to the Lanyon Place train station. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a little misunderstanding about the exact type of the room booked, and the issue has been solved in the most professional way. Our Signature View King room was relatively spacious, and offered the promised view over the city skyline. It was handy to have a couple of bottles of complimentary water and a Nespresso machine with tabs supply. The bed deserves an extra mention - it was extremely comfortable.

Belfast is a beautiful city that is filled with a mixture of the old and the new coming together without forgetting the past. The people were mostly friendly and very helpful. Our stay was enjoyable with Titanic and HMS Caroline being the pick but it also offers' so much more.

Arrived Sunday morning and left Monday evening.

Arrived Sunday morning and left Monday evening. We visited Belfast Cathedral and managed to enjoy their 'Carols in the City' event. Visited St George's Market and enjoyed delicious crepes. Then onto City Hall for their Christmas Market. Dinner was at Darcey's a fabulous restaurant we found on Trip Advisor .... great food and great team! Monday took us to St Peter's Catholic Cathedral for 10am mass. Beautiful place to visit and a super speedy mass! After a wander around the city it was off to the Titanic Museum which was amazing. A very thoughtful way to share the story of Titanic and enjoyed very much by my 9 year old. Back on the 300a from the centre to Belfast International Airport...... fabulous weekend!

A well located, clean and comfortable hotel a short walk from the city centre and the covered food market. The pub on the ground floor was also very cosy. We would recommend parking at the nearby Cromac car park rather than the car park nextdoor to the hotel as it was considerably cheaper. Our top recs would also be: the Pocket Cafe for brunch; the Spaniard pub for a Guinness or several; the Titanic Museum; peace wall taxi tour; taking a hire car up the coast to the Giant’s Causeway; and the Smuggler’s Inn for dinner (amazing seafood).

Arrived early to drop off our bags but Martin at reception was brilliant and able to check us in early. That's where our amazing stay started. The room was really comfortable, no frills but perfect nonetheless and exceptionally clean. It's a busy hotel right next to the city centre which is a fair walk so be prepared. Next morning's breakfast is easily one of the best we've had at a hotel. Highly recommended.
