Nice clean house, good location for the city with bus stop almost directly outside, approx 15 mins to city. Parking outside off road. TV with netflix, YouTube, etc. Fridge, kettle, microwave, very basic but ideal for a short break at a very reasonable price. Ed was very helpful.

I like how the hotel staff were accomodating and delightful was met with a smile the moment I arrived and checked out. I also like the value for money for the accomodation My room was spacious and I loved that you can control your airconditioning and it was always cold when I arrived from enjoying the city, unlike others where you have to wait for a good half and hour to make your room cool. The Hyatt keeps your rooms airconditioning on. Breakfast was good for the value you pay and they have a spacious area

    this property has lied on there pictures and does not match...

    this property has lied on there pictures and does not match the rooms. They were said to be a tv in the bedroom and was none they are wee stains on the bed and the sheets keep coming off. Carpet and blankets were said to be in the bedroom but was not. Tv doesn’t work in the living room. Walls are all damaged and this doesn’t show on the pictures they published. The floor when we first came in had balloon on the floor and a lighter

    The shower over the bath was very hard for me, as I have problems with my legs, so not really suitable for disabilities. Bed was very comfy, could have maybe had more milk sugar ect. More channels on TV the WiFi was excellent. Very clean and smelt fresh. Loved the flooring. The estate type is okay for shortstay. No veiws as such. Our neighbour in the other room was very helpful and friendly. Overall for overnight it was very good value, better than we were expecting.

    This was convenient for my visit and close to Motorway access. The Area seemed to be made up largely of 1950's style well-huild well-spaced council houses that were sold to residents in the 1980's . They were invariably well kept and the whole area in a much better state than its reputation was known by when I lived nr Leeds in the 1970's
