Received a warm welcome and such care from staff who located a 3-prong plug (I had forgotten to pack) and tailored meals to be gluten-free. I highly recommend the Cow and Calf. Phenomenal view of the moor and rock formation.

Staff where so helpful and friendly they really helped us out and nothing was a problem, thank you again they definitely went above and beyond and solved and helped with a few issues we had. The owners should be proud if their workforce people often put reviews up complaining about stuff but often don't bother with good ones. This time it would be impossible not to mention how well the staff preformed.

Location convenient for our trip It's a home from home for us as we were Marriott leisure for many years here over 15years ago Rooms nice and comfortable Full size bathroom with shower over the bath with complimentary toiletries Tea and coffee tray, ice bucket, glasses.... And biscuits Large TV at the end of the bed for good viewing Free use of the leisure club on site.     The local area looked lovely but we didn't have much time to look around. We had a gift experience booked with Mainline Border Collies a short drive away. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again though.

    A charming and lively village, set in beautiful countryside-winding roads, babbling brooks, sheep safely grazing, good Yorkshire stone houses. Bingley town centre has all the amenities of a city-shops, pubs, food, nightlife, yet a few minutes drive can take you up to windswept moors or down to leafy glades and glens. I’d like to explore more next time.

    Really close to moor.

    Really close to moor. Visted great pub - Dick Hudson - about 1.5 miles up the hill from hotel. Amazing views and great views. Close to a lot of attractions like Hebden. Ridge, Malham Cove, Linton and Grassington.

    Lovely old traditional hotel with lots of character. Don't expect to be able to turn off room lights from a bank of modern switches by the bed like any boring faceless hotel...mine was a proper homely old fashioned bedroom, very clean and a good size, which I really liked. The bathroom had been recently refurbished and absolutely spotless. Friendly and welcoming staff too who arranged taxis and took care of us at breakfast.

    Our room which was room 1 was spacious clean and felt very homely. The mattress and pillows was comfortable. The whole hotel is absolutely beautiful. Also we didn't realise they had a carpark to the side of the hotel until the taxi turned around up there! Plenty of space for bigger vehicles in this carpark , just follow the drive past the hotel on the left.

    It was a beautiful gothic building, very quaint and rich in local history. The room was large, pleasant and had everything we needed. Although the hotel does not sell alcohol, we were allowed to take our own drinks into the bar and this was fine by us! The staff were superb - very helpful, friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay!
