Boreham was a useful base from which to visit other places...
Boreham was a useful base from which to visit other places in Essex. We visited Brentwood, Saffron Walden, Billericay, Chelmsford, & Langford. We also went across to Kent and visited Hadlow. Boreham has two pub/restaurants, the Six Bells and the Lion, but for the one night on which we ate out, we drove 10 minutes to the Square & Compasses, Fuller Street. For incidental groceries Boreham has a Co-op about 10 minutes walk from the property, and for serious grocery shopping, a large Sainsburys 10 minutes drive.Guest review byJohnUnited Kingdom
