Everything - it was the best hotel we’ve stayed in in a while. The room was beautiful, so clean and cosy. The bed was so comfortable and the room was welcoming with lovely touches. Although we didn’t have a huge room, there was more than enough room and the bathroom was big in comparison with a large shower and spacious area. The staff were really helpful and friendly and let us leave our bags in left luggage prior to use checking in and after us checking out which was so helpful. We had previously booked into another hotel which turned out to be not very nice and we had to check out of due to its poor facilities, so to stay here instead was just what we needed!

I believe I was upgraded, because my room was AMAZING! Very large room with a huge bed and with a full sea view and a view to the Brighton pier. I almost cried when entering the room :D Breakfast had a very large selection of different things and at least early in the morning there was always a lot of space. The leisure section had a gym (small but you can do basic exercised here), a pool (good size, except if there's a lot of people), a "normal" sauna and a steam room. All of these were a very nice extra and I enjoyed relaxing here a lot. All the personnel were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Brighton!
