Enjoyed walking the promenade.

Enjoyed walking the promenade. As it was winter season the castle wasn't open so cannot comment on the inside. Beach area for families. Easy to get to center of Dundee by train or walking along the bank of the river Tay. Some really good restaurants. Do watch where you walk though as dog poo a bit of a problem!

A charming coastal resort with plenty to do nearby.

A charming coastal resort with plenty to do nearby. The town has history, and is well supplied with places to chill, eat and drink. Dundee with its museums and galleries is a five-minute train ride away, so Broughty Ferry facilitates a visit without needing to stay amongst the crowds, The castle, with its museum, has an excellent display of the town's history - and it's all eminently walkable.

Great location with all you need for a great break, Beaches, Castles, children's play areas, great views and amenities, great place to spend time with great shops, bars and restaurants. Try Jolly's for food and a drink, or Visochi's for great ice cream or Italian food. Nice shops, and great Cafe culture. Great atmosphere and only 1 minute from the beach

A pleasant town which must be very good in summer.

A pleasant town which must be very good in summer. Easy access to main forms of travel and visiting surrounding areas. Dined at The Ship Inn which was very good and also the Glass House Pavillion for morning coffee/breakfast. Parking was problematic at times owing to the nature of the streets but was manageable.

Beautiful spacious apartment set in a quiet residential area with luxurious furnishings and well equipped kitchen. Owners have thoughtfully provided new slippers to wear so no outdoor shoes in the property, several large umbrellas should the weather not be so kind and a large selection of dishes and glasses in the kitchen. About 15/20 minute walk to centre of Broughty Ferry where there are some lovely shops, bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

This was perfect accommodation for our family of 4 and a dog. Very close indeed to the town centre and we had no problems parking. We stayed at Xmas and really appreciated the decorations and gifts that were left. We visit relatives in Broughty Ferry a couple of times a year and would definitely stay here again.

The location was great, close to two very good pub/restaurants and a short walk from all the other facilities and shops in Broughty Ferry. Good bus service to and from Dundee with links to other places across Scotland by train.

The convenient location, it was just a 5mins walk from downtown, stores, restaurants, and the train station. It was also a few minutes' walk from the Broughty Ferry and the beach.

Nothing at all, actually thought of going to a hotel, way over priced and description of flat misleading it is 2 blocks from the RIVER.
