We absolutely loved everything about this place from checking-in until leaving. Our dog liked it even more as he was spoiled with treats and a sausage for breakfast every morning. The room was one of the most luxurious we stayed in during our three week road trip through Spain, France and the UK and our dog had a bed, towel and bowls too. They even left a Christmas present outside our room on Christmas morning too! ;.)

Brilliant location and great communication from Nick. Everything was explained very clearly, and the property was immaculate and very spacious. We have stayed in a lot of different places in and around Burnley, but this was definitely the best. As regular visitors to the area, this will now be the first place to book next time we come up.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Brilliant Diamond Star Stay! From the moment we arrived, everything about this accommodation was exceptional in every way. The place was spotless, the cleanliness was second to none and truly impressive. The food was superb, full of flavour and beautifully presented, making every breakfast a real treat. A real highlight was the signature homemade compote with yogurt, it was absolutely to die for! The hosts were absolutely brilliant, warm, welcoming, and always going the extra mile. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their genuine care made our stay feel extra special. What struck us most is that the photos simply don’t do this accommodation justice (and they are impressive). It’s even more stunning in person, with an atmosphere that has to be experienced to be believed. A true gem – we couldn’t recommend it highly enough. A brilliant diamond star of a stay!

We visited Burnley purely due to the movie Bank of Dave (we like to visit filming locations). Very easy to get around. It was a friendly welcoming place regardless of where we went. The people were more than happy to pass the time of day with us. Visited Thompson Park. the Ringing Singing Tree, did lots of walking, also enjoyed driving up hill and down dale (we live in Fenland which is FLAT) and enjoyed the retail therapy.

We stayed at Hustwood Hall, it was picturesque, such a beautiful place to stay, so comfortable and relaxing, just what we needed for a night away. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, we enjoyed every second of it, we couldn't have asked for any more, there were some lovely looking pubs near by, serving great food for a reasonable price, thoroughly enjoyable getaway, for anyone and especially for a couple taking a break together.

Burnley and surrounding area was not particularly what I hasd hoped for , it seemed to be very "run down" , actually decideded to leave Burnley and headed to Skipton , a much more visitor friendly experience. On the second day wanted to explore the heritage museum but this was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays , so we explored Newchurch in Pendle for the Witch shop the decided to head to the Yorkshire Dales.

The Hotel has beautiful stained glass windows with a fabulous stairwell. The rooms where comfortable. The bed was large and also comfortable. The staff where helpful and very friendly. The leisure centre was lovely.Has alovely pool and spa area. It also has a dryer for your swimsuit. The breakfast is plenty with a good selection of fruit, breads yougart,cereal and real butter. It has an option of full english,,kippers and eggs cooked to your liking. The room where breakfast is served has beautiful old windows and a lovely view.

The guesthouse is set in beautiful grounds beside the canal. The location was perfect, as the town Centre of Burnley is only a 5 minute walk away. The bedroom and bathroom were comfortable, clean and in excellent condition. A lovely big powerful shower. Good WiFi. The small fridge was a nice extra. The adjoining restaurant and bar was perfect for meals. The staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Although we were eating out through most of our stay (because we were exploring Burnley & the surrounding areas), we really enjoyed the breakfasts - especially the sausages. The rooms we stayed in were clean & comfortable.
