I had an exceptional stay at the Telegraph Hotel Coventry. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I stayed at the hotel to rehab after a surgery when I was mostly confined to the bed. The staff were absolutely fantastic, very friendly and caring. I had to order food every day and had to trouble them to bring it up for me, but everyone was so understanding. They also made sure all of the front desk staff knew about my situation so I didn't have to re-negotiate every time. There were a few times when they thought I complained about room cleaning (I didn't - room service was great! It seemed like there was a mistake in the computer system). My point is, each time they took it very seriously, and someone always came checking on the same day. I also had to prolong my stay and arrange late checkout- very smooth too.

What a beautiful property, very attractive on the outside, and equally lovely inside. Our room was a very good size and spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom. It was great to have two proper chairs in the room. Our evening meal in the dining room was freshly cooked, and the service was good.
