At arrival we were greeted bij our host who explained everything and told us we could reach her if we had any questions. The pod was really clean and spacious and we could see it was prepared with a special attention to clients. We slept really well and were sorry we had to leave the day after.

The room was lovely. It was clean and had a view towards Ben Nevis. The en-suite bathroom was particularly welcome. Lots of little extras such as a fridge with milk and water. Cereal for breakfast etc. which was not expected.

Very comfortable room. Hosts were super friendly and very accommodating. I would have no hesitation in staying again or recommending to anyone else planning a stay in Fort William. We used it as a base to climb Ben Nevis which it was perfect for.

Loved the location and the amazing personnel, especially Rose Ann, John and Andrew, who took such great care of us every day! The general atmosphere was a bit moist during our stay but as it rained all day everyday, it was to be expected. The food was good both at breakfast and every day at dinner at the hotel, and the rooms had more character than some 5 star city center hotels. Great stay in a gorgeous place!
