Both Ironbridge and Coalbrookdale are fascinating places to visit, especially if you are interested in the role they played in the Industrial Revolution. They have so much more to offer as well - the beautiful higgledy-piggledy cottages and houses built to cling onto the sides of the Severn Valley and the River Severn itself flowing through the centre of the villages.
