Breathtaking views, from garden and rooms. Very nice room. Great choice of breakfast. 10 minutes walk to harbour to watch the seals. You can use fridge and microwave. The host are also very helpful.

This was the best accommodation on our 6-week-trip through Scotland so far!!! The Sea view Cabin is just perfect. Not only that you can see the Shore from the terrace, you are surrounded by many cute animals and you can pet them if you and especially ☝🏼 the animal want that. 😊 The Cabin is perfectly equipped with everything you need for sleeping, cooking or relaxing. As it is so cosy, we spend more time at home as we had planned. 😂😂 The communication with Jo & Jon was were informative and friendly. We had fresh eggs from the chicken around, next to milk and some treats. On top of that, they prepared a wee dram for us. Thank you very much for that wonderful place you have created.

Our room was spacious and bright. We also had a wonder view to outside. But the best, thing was the food. Jo does an amazing job of adding specials touches to her menu. Her homemade granola is delicious, and her home made caramel apples are heavenly and she even makes her own bread!

It was very secluded with a beautiful view of the ocean, but still near the town of Lochinver. It was clean and very cozy! Fully equiped kitchen and even some TV streaming services available. We will definitely come back!

Lovely location, perfect for exploring the area. Great area for photography or if you are on the NC500 route. Well located for beaches and local stores/pertrol etc. Host Paul was lovely, both for communication and a great welcome from him. The cottage itself was warm and well appointed. Kitchen area was perfect for cooking, bed very comfortable. Cannot fault the property. Would love to stay again.

The parking signs mentioned by other reviewers were a bit...

The parking signs mentioned by other reviewers were a bit alarming but we followed Anne’s instructions to ignore them and everything was fine, even though the neighbours (who obviously put the signs there) were home for our entire stay. People with mobility issues might find the stairs to the bedroom difficult along with the very low sofas, but we found them very comfortable and absolutely fine.

The room was great with fabulous views of the sea and mountains very well equipped. The welcome was warm and the breakfasts are special as well. Getting there is so interesting, the scenery and the road is cool! Definitely a place to return to.

Fantastic location, with excellent walks nearby.

Fantastic location, with excellent walks nearby. It was a 30 min trip to any restaurant (the local hotel was only serving residents - Covid) but we had been warned and the drive was lovely in either direction. We ate at the Kylesku Hotel and Peets restaurant in Lochinver, both excellent.

The best room of our entire holiday!

The best room of our entire holiday! The beds were comfortable, the room was nice and warm. There was plenty of space to relax. The bathroom was incredibly luxurious. And the breakfast was the best we've ever had.
