Fantastic location directly on the lake with access to Rutland waters via the garden. Normanton Church is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel itself is a beautiful building.

I arrived ?2 hours before check in and I was allowed to have my room. The lady carried my heavy suitcase upstairs to my room. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable and the staff provided home baked cookies. The building is very old and has history to it with the rooms being named after famous historical figures from the area.
