My stay was in Moy, just south of Dungannon, so any comments I make are about the village. The village has nice pubs, interesting antique shops and the centre has a pleasing Georgian ambience, without being over-gentrified.

This is a super-cosy hotel in the beautiful village of Moy, with bang-up-to-date facilities, immaculate rooms and bathrooms clearly being maintained and kept up to date. I was delighted at how spacious the rooms are, sometimes in cosy hotels the rooms are a bit too 'cosy' but not here. The dinner was excellent, and the breakfast menu very extensive and varied. I wasn't surprised at how friendly and helpful the staff are, that was kind of expected, but they were all those things.

Lovely cosy cottage. Loved the wood burning stove. Very clean, comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen. Jenny is a charming & welcoming host and left us milk and snacks. Jenny was very accommodating and added extra bed. Ideal tranquil location between Cookstown & Dungannon. Shimmer the cat visited us, which was nice. We were lucky to get booked at last minute when other accommodation let us down. We will definitely return when we play Burnavon theatre next year.

Initially the room we were given was unacceptable. Not worth the money we paid. HOWEVER once we brought it to staff’s attention we were moved immediately, reimbursed for the night and fully compensated which included an apology. The food in the hotel was exceptional and we highly recommend it.

Clean, bright, good sized bedrooms & kitchen. Pleasant room off kitchen looking out on small enclosed patio area. Good location - close to Moy and Dungannon. Host was at hand in the evening when required.

The fact that it had 4 bedrooms, good layout, and two bathrooms, plenty of, towels and necessary products. This is the fourth Air B and B I have visited in Dungannon area, and would definitely return.
