Delightful room with comfortable large bed. The shower was amazing with no fluctuation in hot water flow and easy to use. All the staff I met were very friendly and courteous. It was good to have a hotel car park as parking in Topsham is limited

Great spot. Everything you should expect from the Marriott brand. The room was perfect, a great size. Extremely comfortable bed, we slept nearly 10 hours thanks to the blackout curtains and the ability to set our preferred room temperature. Dinner options were a little limited, but everything was delicious, and the staff lovely. Breakfast had everything you could imagine, and was very nice.

Room was amazing, we got a room with a bath tub and it was worth it! It was all very clean and had everything we needed. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant staff were also so kind, it was my 30th birthday and they all went above and beyond to make it special. The outdoor pool is heated and very warm and lovely bonus to use, nice to have the sun loungers too. We are breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and both were delicious, especially the french onion soup. All staff were amazing.

All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is located close to bus/train stations and city centre is an easy walk. The room was very clean and comfortable and breakfast was really good.

    The location is stunning - on a point surrounded by water. The hotel is historic, over 200 years and unique. Our room looked like it had recently been refurbished, very clean and modern.

    Just starting out for accommodation. In all fairness the owner stated that they were to update the rooms later in the year. Prices were good , friendly and Exminster is a great place
