Falmouth has a bit of everything - stylish independent shops, Trago, great variety of eateries and bars, views, boats, beaches, and interesting alleyways. I just wish the high street was pedestrianised!

Interesting independant shops, great places to eat )vegetarian and vegan(, lovely beach and close distance to other interesting seaside towns. We enjoyed the live music venues and the young buzz of the town against the background of historical interest. The maritime museum, the castle and great places for children to run around .... if we had any with us!! A late night Tesco express was also very convenient!

The bus service is good - so well worth using it as parking in Cornwall tourist spots is difficult. The ferry rides to surrounding areas are well worth taking. It's a student town and so quite lively but everyone we met was extremely polite and friendly. Town kept very clean by CCC.

Due to one of our group having recently broken her foot and arm we were very restricted but enjoyed candle painting with Kia at Outerspace where i was able to drop her outside. A very enjoyable relaxing activity. Found a lovely carpark at St Dennis with amazing views to sit in the car eating our pasties while the weather gave us its usual cornish 4 seasons within 1 hour .

Falmouth is a lovely Cornish town, filled with independent shops and eateries that make browsing and chilling out a treat. The river, the Marina and Maritime Museum add to the ambience and it has the added bonus of a regular ferry over to St Mawes. The Pendennis Headland, with it's wood lined paths that give glimpses of the sea, is worth having a walk out for to see the star fort and small castle. From here you can access short walks through very mature woodland with gorgeous old trees throughout the headland. Worth a visit.

Location excellent straight opposite Guillybeach, views awesome.staff very friendly. Indoor sauna pool and gym both very good and gym had everything ones needs. Hotel has just been sold and is going through a spruce up inside and the paintwork outside. A couple of coach parties of mainly tourists from other countries were there enjoying the views and touring around Britain. This is one of the oldest hotels in Falmouth and if you google it there is a lot of info about who has stayed there and I'm sure the new owners will do it proud.

Was visiting Falmouth to listen to Simon Armitage poetry reading. Travelled alone as my daughter got caught up with a work event. Being in such a friendly, comfortable hotel with the phenomenal estuary view at breakfast meant I felt very v relaxed and happy on my own. Every member of staff I met was kind, helpful and cheerful. Even the lady vacuuming the upper corridor smiled and chatted to me and took the time to show me the way to the breakfast along a labyrinth of long corridors.

Super Stay - Exceptionally comfortable rooms and friendly staff team . They helped with a number of things and i had to pop back a few days later for my friends charger and it was all safe and sound. Highly recommend this lovely hotel just a short strol down to the beach . Easy safe parking and lovely grounds a real find in the heart of Falmouth.
