I loved that Josh from reception is very customer service oriented and every time that we returned to this hotel he did his best to help us with reservations, with bookings for the car. Whatever we would have asked him he did his best to come with a suggestion or an answer in the shortest time. Me and my colleagues felt so relieved when we saw that he was on duty because it made all the time our check in so fast and for us really means a lot as we are not having always a long rest in between duties. Congratulations Josh.

Had a very lovely stay here, short but sweet. Clear instructions were sent a few days before our arrival with postcode, entry codes, room number etc. Parking right outside. The room was lovely and cosy, a little warm but there were instructions on how to turn it down, the WiFi code all written down clearly and was super fast. We had tea, coffee and milk in the room with some very delicious cookies! The beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was really nice also with various options available. The owner was polite and helpful and very knowledgeable of the area. If we are ever in the area again I would definitely consider here.

I stay here when visiting family and friends in the area. I like that it is very easy, convenient, spacious, separate bedroom in the apartment, has a reception, parking (for a fee), comfortable bed, close to Sainsburys and good kitchen with the basics. They answer questions quickly on the booking.com app. Views from the windows are better now that the next-door apartment block is nearly finished.

The Aldershot Military Museum is excellent with much information about the area as well as military matters. Also I recommend the FAST Museum, which is full of aeronautical science and aviation history. NB these museums are not open every day.

Safe, manageable town. Easy to get around. Friendly and helpful. The Golden Rice Take Away is worth a visit. There is a reasonable self service laundrette inside the dry cleaners on the high street.

Stayed here while spending the weekend at the goodwood...

Stayed here while spending the weekend at the goodwood festival of speed, Left about an hours drive on B roads to the event so missed the majority of traffic. Staff were friendly food was good. Clean and tidy so no issues from us would definitely stay again.

It is not sutable for disabled people in wheelchairs you can’t park in the disabled parking as all the gym people park in their we were very disappointed went to the reception and they didn’t understand a word I said.

Great place to stay.

Great place to stay. Relaxed and welcoming with clean (spotless) rooms and facilities. Bar comfy and relaxing to be in, food very well presented and moreish, loads of seating on all floors to meet or just relax in. Rooms large, spotless, huge bed, shower and facilities roomy and spotless too. Room had desk, chairs, wardrobe and tv.etc. All you would need incl tea/coffee, water. Best hotel for miles.

The apartment is very well located in a region where there...

The apartment is very well located in a region where there are many nice things to discover. Apartment in a block of 12, no disturbance from neighbors and you can even sit in the garden, specified by greenery. Close to station to go to London by train, with a day pass you can use the metro, bus and train all day. Close to shopping center, with extensive shops and restaurants of your choice. 5 minutes from the airport and also close to major roads. Many attractions such as aircraft museum, army museum, water sports and swimming pond, city park, animal parks, ... . Point of improvement could be to provide tourist leaflets and city map in the entrance, as there is no tourist information point in Farnborough. Double-glazed windows would completely eliminate the noise from the street and that will certainly be useful during the winter.

We had a short stay as an Anniversary celebration. The hotel arranged some special little touches to acknowledge this and made our stay more personalised. Great location, overlooking the airport. Our suite was very comfortable and so quiet. Breakfast in our room was on time and more than expected, excellent value and service. We had dinner in the Brasserie, lovely atmosphere and very tasty food, great choices and wonderful service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already booked again.

Communication prior to our stay was excellent. Ease of access to the property. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast menu was extensive and my poached eggs were cooked to perfection! The staff were friendly and helpful. The proximity to Farnborough Airport for the Fully Charged Show was great.

location good as we were doing business at the Farnborough convention centre, we could walk to the local restaurants in the area easily. found a good Vietnamese place and Nepalese restaurant with a 30 minute walk. parking was good in car park.
