I liked everything about this pub come restaurant come accommodation, oh yes, and the perfect place to stay, if you have a Bristol flight. The host and his staff were exceptional, and the food we had was top class. About 5 minutes drive from Bristol airport, with parking that you can pay for when you arrive ( very reasonable). This place is perfect for an overnight stay before jetting off on vacation. I will definitely be returning here and highly recommend The George and Dragon, Felton, for all the reasons listed above. But most of all, for the host and his wonderful staff, AAA***

Perfect location for the airport - just a few minutes away. Immaculately clean accommodation - the fixtures and fitting are gorgeous and like new. Overlooking a lovely garden. Nice local pub a couple of minutes walk away. Owner / host very friendly and welcoming - very good communication. We left our car there whilst away and owner dropped and collected us from airport at a very reasonable cost - bang on time. We use Bristol airport a lot and have stayed in quite a few places around the airport the night before travel, and this was definitely the best. We will use again and recommend to others.

The property is in the country with lovely gardens and was large enough for 10 of us across 6 bedrooms. Huge kitchen, lounge, dining area that seated all of us plus 2 guests, and a conservatory. We had 2 vehicles, so the remote location didn't matter. Only issue was that the internet was via Starlink and it varied in quality over the day/night. The owner is onsite and very helpful

Good pub food, room clean and welcoming Continental breakfast was good Car parking not good, we landed at the "over flow" in a field. We are elderly people and my husband disabled so the distance was disturbing. I dropped him and our bag off but landed up walking, luckily the weather was dry

Lovely location and odeal for us as close to Bristol...

Lovely location and odeal for us as close to Bristol Airport. Clean and modern room, lovely food and a couple of pints in George and Dragon. Just a little tainted as powercut in the morning making it more difficult to have breakfast, wash etc. However, power cut happened in morning and too early for anyone to sort out. We thought accomodation and locality to airport were great and would definitely stay again.

Do not stay here . Smelly bathroom . Human poo on the wall by the toilet roll holder which my daughter told us about . Music played until 2 am downstairs and people partying outside on the patio area . If you want to party all night then I'd recommend as it sounded a good night . If you need sleep before a flight then stay clear . I'd even avoid parking there for your holidays as the way the guys were driving people's cars like a race track . SHOCKING . This I'd the first review I've ever left for anywhere I've stayed or facilities I've used so I think that tells you how bad a place it is

It was very basic with nowhere to put clothes other than the floor. The eating area was also basic and did not have enough tables to accommodate the number of guests Staff were friendly to guests but indulged in inappropriate behaviour with the locals in adjacent bar area and these people were shouting to each other loudly and continually and using the most obscene language, which everyone in eating area could hear. The description of it as resembling a lunatic asylum is appropriate.

The room was very clean and quite comfortable, but the pillows were lumpy and hard. there was no bedside light for reading. the pub was extremely noisy and children were running around all evening. The staff were quite friendly and did try to make us welcome. We ordered food and because of a confusion with tables we had to wait an hour for our food and one plate of food was cold. They did, however apologise and replace the food. The quality of the food was however good. The staff did not charge us for our drinks because of the confusion. We found the noise from the upstairs rooms very loud and we had difficulty sleeping. The pub is well placed for Bristol airport.
