We were wonderfully welcomed and felt very welcome the whole stay. Breakfast was served thoughtfully. The room was large and very comfortable. Parking free and easy. Tea, coffee, and snacks available. Stunning views and a minute's walk to the unusual beach (Anthony Gormley's Another Place). It was just wonderful.

For us we liked been able to be near the beach plenty of walks with our dogs well fenced garden as well loads round about formby lovely we ate mostly at the pheasant restaurant in formby a little cafe called the kitchen made good breakfast and lunches also dog friendly

Everything I wanted was close by; people I wanted to visit, the beach and nature trails and easy access to Liverpool by rail were all within easy reach of my friendly, comfortable guest house. What more could you want?

A modern, beautiful property in a lovely area. Clean and very comfortable, especially the bed. Easy access to Formby village. A very informative information pack if you don’t know the area. Nice little extras with tea, coffee facilities, hairdryer, Sky TV, plenty of wardrobe space and storage.
