Beautiful B&B den in a charming little village, about 10 minutes from Inveraray. The hosts were lovely and non-intrusive, and they had two very sweet dogs who are very keen to meet new guests. The grounds are gorgeous, and you are free to go for a walk at your leisure. Breakfast was absolutely beautiful, and the shower was one of the best we’ve had during our time in the UK. A peaceful, relaxing stay — highly recommended!

Outstanding vegan breakfast - we loved the pancakes. The hosts are wonderful and the atmosphere in the house was great. We did not want to leave this unique place! Anson went out of his way to help us with a precious item we forgot and shipped it right away to us.

The hotel had a pool and spa which we enjoyed very much… the hotel in general and the room was beautifully decorated with a very clever mix of classic and modern …. there was a lounge with board games which we had fun playing, the restaurant/dining area was very spacious and had a “log burner “.. which made the room very inviting and cozy, the selection of single malt whiskies was excellent… the breakfast was fabulous and the staff were very attentive and super friendly…

Location is right next to Inveraray Castle, town centre and watercront. Convenient road access and easy parking. Nice clean and neat room. Hotel looks like it's been recently painted and refurbished. We loved our stay of 2 nights in the Garden suite! Simply amazing! When we arrived we had a very nice warm welcome of Victoria, one of the owners of Brambles of Inverary. The Garden suite is just lovely! Amazing comfortable beds and sofa in front of the tv. My compliments to the housekeeper who specially arranged the stuffed animals of my daughter on her bed when we came back in our room. This totally made her feel really special. Brambles had their own restaurant and coffee café accross the street. In their restaurant they serve during the day nice lunches including amazing pastries and cakes. I was personally in heaven with 1 of their specialties, the blue berry lemon curd cake with lemon frosting. It's a good thing for my health that I do not live here haha. The first night we also had dinner at the restaurant of Brambles. This was also really excellent. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. This restaurant is nice for any kind of group. In the morning we had breakfast at Brambles which was included. You could choose something cooked from the menu and you were able to take anything you wanted from the counter. Like croissants, cereals or juices. We had Eggs Benedict, very tasty! Brambles is located at the main street of Inverary. Within 10 minutes walk of the Inverary castle and 1 minute walk of the Inverary Jail. Both I definitely recommend to visit! In the area there are also really nice hikes you can do for example go up the mountain 250 metres high to the look out point of Dun Na Cuaiche. Trust me it's worth it! The view at Inverary and Loch Fyne is breahttaking! Next time if Inverary is on our route, we will again book our stay with Brambles!

    This is a lovely house in a lovely location if you want to stop and enjoy the beautiful loch views. It is a short drive to Inveraray and quite a long drive to the West Coast. Dining out is limited. There is a village store for basics.
