We stayed at the Greyhound Inn at Ganton as it was 18 minutes away by car to Scarborough where we like to go and we got a genious offer with booking.com. Great place for a base to explore North Yorkshire and many costal towns. The hotel is a stand alone with nothing around but the golf course. That said once you get there there really is no need to go out anywhere else, the food, beer and wine is good and there is a wonderful garden in which to enjoy your evening.Guest review byAlison - 10.0

The location is perfect for getting up and down the East Coast which is why we chose it. But the Greyhound is a real find- the facilities are wonderful, the food is outstanding, and the staff are all helpful and happy to help you, with a sense of humour to boot. Warm welcome on arrival. Beautiful spacious room, on site car parking. Lovely evening meal with great service. Beautiful hearty breakfast to set us up for the day.
