Glastonbury is my most magical happy place

Glastonbury is my most magical happy place I love to visit every single shop, I have twinkles woven into my hair by Teagan at Yin Yang Glastonbury, I have an aura reading with Claire at Aura Energetics at The Gauntlet and get yummy treats at the Organic shop and Burns the Bread. There are plenty of places to choose to eat, drink and be magical - and EVERYONE is so happy, kind and friendly ❤️

A small place but full of character.

A small place but full of character. Lots of quirky little shops. Lots of places to eat during the day but less so in the evening, but some good hotels and pubs. Easy to get around but hilly. The walk up to the Tor is quite hard but well worth the view and Photo opportunities. (There is a way up at the side which is easier for walkers with lots of places to site if needed.)

A beautiful historic village filled with quirky charm and astonishing views from the tor. It involves a bit of a trip from the train station in castle cary but we'll worth the effort. Bring warm clothes in the shoulder seasons but a much better time to avoid the crowds. A hitorians and hikers paradise.

I loved my stay in Glastonbury and was sad to leave.

I loved my stay in Glastonbury and was sad to leave. I attended a week long retreat and did not get enough time to explore. There are so many interesting shops on High Street and little hidden alley ways full of treasure, you almost need a week to explore the shops, let alone explore the spiritual aspects of such a special place. I don't think you have to be overly tuned to percieve the energy of places like Chalice Well, the Tor, or the ruins of the Abbey, and some of the beautiful trees radiate ancient power. If you're coming to Glastonbury, allow at least a week but 2 would be better...just to make sure you have time to just be.

Characterful and interesting.

Characterful and interesting. Stunning Abbey ruins and surrounding areas, quiet and peaceful. Lots of interesting little artisan shops and whacky places to eat. Parking is a bit of a nightmare when the machines don't work.

I’ve been coming to Glastonbury for two years, within this time I have stayed at many places but this is the one I stayed in on my first visit and it is also the same room that I stayed in this weekend being the pen ultimat time before I dedicate as a priestess and it is a very special and perfect location you can get to everywhere from this hotel everything is within walking distance even the knights chippy !! So I highly recommend it and I hope to find myself there again Xx

It was like home from home. The hosts were like old friends. A charming Tardis of a house, a lot bigger than what it looks to be. Near the centre, king size luxurious bed and an attic room with own bathroom and rooftop balcony overlooking Glastonbury. Plentiful choice of the continental and English breakfast supplied.

It was so well set up, cosy, beautiful location. I travel loads for work, so this felt like a home not a hotel. I loved how close I was to Glastonbury for my meetings but that I felt like I was on holiday. Being able to cook dinner, breakfast and make up some lunch was also great, saved me a lot of money too.

A new build but with real character and lovely touches. Very comfortable and well equipped. We really appreciated the delicious eggs from the owners hen coop and the beautiful garden. Perfect stopover for our weary family to recharge after the Glastonbury festival.
