I loved the look of the hotel when we first walked in! Then, when we were introduced to our bedroom, I was in love! It was beautiful, and the bedding was incredible! We had a fabulous night sleep in your lovely hotel! The dinner was incredible. My chicken curry was one to have again if possible. The apple crisp was delectable.

This place is really nice for stop with your dog:) beautiful location and close river and forest perfect place to spend lots time with dog. Staff is really friendly and dog friendly and this is really big plus. Amazing castle you can feel all this atmosphere for old castle. Lovely food and drinks. Its spare room where you can bring your dog for meal with you. Staff always it's happy give you answer for all questions:)

You are out in the Scottish countryside and it is beautiful! The little town is quaint and worth exploring. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and a good size. The staff are amazing and so very friendly! Food is good. We had the breakfast as part of our stay and it was very good with a selection of hot and cold offerings, but it is the same each day. The X62 bus is just in town and will take you to Edinburgh round trip for 15 pounds. The pool is a perfect temperature, clean and relaxing. The hotel is beautiful and I loved the little touches of pictures of the previous owner and her animals around the hotel.
