I wasn't sure what to expect with part of the name being "rooms" and coming into reception behind the building, but it was just lovely. This is a lovely old hotel that has been fixed up very nicely. The man at the desk was so cheerful and helpful. There is a Thai restaurant in the building too that is loved by tourists and locals alike.. Our mattress was comfortable. We were 3 floors up that gave us a view of the lake there and it was nice to sit in the sunshine in the bay window

Very kind staff. Location could not be better. We saw aurora borealis in All ist Beauty few meters from hotel. Clean laundry . Bed was more comfortable As It looked AT the first sight.

Hotel was central to all amenities but in a quiet setting opposite the Park. Room was comfortable & clean. Staff friendly & very helpful. Food in the restaurant ( evenings) was freshly cooked & delicious.

Stayed there , about six years ago , and was very pleased , unfortunately , the owner passed away , and whoever it is that is now running the establishment need to be trained in people management , his attitude is disgraceful. Definitely won’t be recommending this hillside hotel to anyone I know .

A very nice young lady who did her best. Otherwise dreadful.

A very nice young lady who did her best. Otherwise dreadful. A really bad hotel. Continental breakfast a plastic bag with a croissant in a paper bag (tiny), an Alpen bar, an apple and a box of orange juice -unbelievable!
