Liked the location for exploring both the east and west coasts of Cornwall. Comfortable room and outstanding restaurant with a creative chef. We asked for a quiet room and, although we were there on a weekend and the hotel was hosting large gatherings, we did not hear one noise! Great people working here too, friendly and competent. Highly recommend.

Great staff, everyone helpful and kind, always ready to answer our questions and give advice. A wonderful surprise on our arrival with room upgrade - we couldn't believe our eyes when we saw the sea view and beautiful vintage decour. It made our trip all the more special and memorable! Thank you so much! The breakfast was tasty and kept us going through the day. All in all, a great place to stay and very close to the beach, too!

This is our 2nd time here. We love Falmouth and Merchants Manour is perfect place to explore. Lovely, clean rooms and very comfortable bed. The breakfast is so lovely and the service provided by Harrison was above and beyond. We were greeted by Jasmine on arrival who was the most beautiful welcoming person and made it feel like we were coming home. The gorgeous person attending the pool was a delight too, blond with a beard sorry no name, unfortunately the rest of the staff didn’t give the same service or interaction even as these few. We didn’t bother with the bar or dinner after the average service we got at the bar made us think twice. I have to stress though it was a lovely experience, just need more Jasmines and Harrison’s. A place can be nice but the people make you feel welcome and comfortable.

The house had this very cosy atmosphere and it is well-located (in front of the sea and about 10 minutes walk to the town center). The staff was really nice.The rooms were quiet. I enjoyed the breakfast (you can either help yourself for fruits, yogourt and cereals or you can order from the menu). I'll go back there if I visit Falmouth again.
