Upon request, we were provided with a room on 22nd Floor and the view from the room was beyond words. The welcome at entrance to greetings at Reception, to the entire stay and check out was pleasant.

Superb luxury experience. The place manages to create an elegant upscale hotel at the same time avoiding two ever present cliches. Most 5* hotels pretend to be some sort of a palace reminiscence or the opposite, an over designed nauseaus avantgarde mashup. Pan pacific delivers super elegant and modern at the same time. Beavo! Great staff. They managed to keep on smiling, sincerely smiling during my 40 minute search for the room with the best view. very good pool area, amazing breakfast. Highly recommended!

Better than any hotel that I have stayed in in London. Beautiful combinaiton of historical building with traditional architechture and luxurious rooms. Breakfast was lovely, room was quiet and cozy, excellent bed, friendly and helpful staff. Warm recommendation!
