Lighthorne is a really old 16th century farmhouse extended over the years. The room we stayed in was outside in a small yard. It was quite modern and spacious and comfortable. The host Sue was lovely and her breakfasts were freshly cooked and delicious. It was a 10 minute walk to the local pub for evening meal and the whole village was quiet and welcoming. Sue was an excellent host and breakfast was on time and succulent. The surroundings were very tranquil and our cottage was so quiet and relaxing.
