We love Liverpool and always have a great time when we stay there. City centre packed on a Saturday night as you would expect but we felt very safe. Everyone just having a good time in the bars and restaurant we went too. So much choice for places to eat and drink.

Really exceeded our expectations, so much to do and see, would definitely visit again. We visited the Liverpool museum, free entry, and the Beatles story. We walked most of the time, but when time was short , we just called an Uber.

The town felt clean and there are some beautiful architectural buildings. Plenty of shops, eating places and tourist spots. Really enjoyed Albert Dock area and the Mersey Ferry trip. Plenty to keep you busy for a couple of days.

We really enjoyed Liverpool!

We really enjoyed Liverpool! They have such wide streets, and such nice buildings - the views down to the waterfront are breathtaking, and the Georgian Quarter is really something. The people seem really nice; friendly, chatty, and with that well-known Scouse sense of humour. Whoever we met appeared to be very happy to help or have a chat. The Albert Dock and waterfront area are beautifully done and perfect for a leisurely stroll along the Mersey. There's a fantastic variety of restaurants, too-we were spoiled for choice, from independent bistros to waterfront dining. You can tell the city has put a lot of thought into making visitors feel welcome. Obviously, they are proud of Liverpool and want people to enjoy it-and we absolutely did!

A great city with a vibrant feel about it.

A great city with a vibrant feel about it. Everybody we came into contact with was very friendly, and we love the sense of humour! Great shopping. Loads to see & do. Can recommend the Cavern Club, the Beatles Story, Albert Dock, the two cathedrals. We had an excellent Indian meal at Spice Bloom. We were on foot, but we found the city easy to get around.

Liverpool has grown since my last trip, shops are amazing and easy to get to from our hotel. Trip on the River Mersey, LFC football ground, hop on hop off tour were all great. Also we ventured to the River of Light but the rain came down but great atmosphere. Will definitively be returning to top it all the people are the friendliest I have met consistently from shop, to restaurant to hotel.

Property was clean and smelt lovely in lobby. Beds were really comfy and great facilities in room like iron and ironing board. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Receptionist was really helpful and advised us about getting the bus as a best option to visit Anfield. Location of hotel was super for Liverpool one and the docks area. Parking was 2 minutes away. A great stay thank you!

Hotel was perfect. All the staff were so polite, helpful and friendly ( especially Maria). Happy to help with any questions and recommendations. Rooms are really clean and comfortable. Loved the touch of complimentary drinks at 6pm. Hotel is in perfect location. Just a short walk in any direction to get to docks, city centre or bars and restaurants.
