It was clear they truly enjoy their work, and their positive energy made all the difference. We’re so grateful for the warm hospitality — they made us feel completely at home. The hotel itself was spotless, centrally located, and the rooms were excellent. The complimentary coffee and high-quality toiletries were also a lovely touch. The location is very central, yet we found it to be very quiet! The room was spacious, bright and spotless clean! The complimentary breakfast was exactly what we needed to start our day (although the coffee machine was not working on the second day, which was a shame). The staff were very friendly and answering all our questions about transportation and restaurant recommendations. We will definitely visit again!!

A luxurious hotel with all needed facilities. We booked a room on the excutive floor and it was breathtaking! Big, soundproof and most important a clean room, with view the Liverpool ferry wheel 🎡! The bed was huge, more than enough for two people, with a big screen to watch movies which are saved on the tv. And the bathroom, stunning! Separated only by a glass from the room and a curtain if you want more privacy! Big wardrobe and iron included! In the room there were wine and a selection of coffee flavours to make, using the coffee machine which is provided in the room! Room service was very good as well with good prices for the food and drinks! Looking forward to book here again!

Great location and comfortable stay. We spent one night in The Resident. Its located among the clubs, restaurants, pubs. Rooms are very well isloted, you can't hear the noise from outside. Very welcoming staff. We also got some discounts being resident of a hotel which was very helpful and worked for us also last day after check-out. We recommend and would definitely come back.

Excellent hotel, perfectly placed for visiting Liverpool and exploring the sights. It is opposite the Philharmonic Hall, if you are at a concert and it is a late finish, this hotel is ideal for you. Beds are very comfortable, choice of pillows, lovely bathroom products in individual bottles, and good quality Breakfast is continental, £10, plenty of fresh fruit, cereal yogurts, fresh pastries and unlimited tea or coffee.. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Lime Street station. The hop on hop off bus stops outside. The staff are very helpful. Definitely a place to stay.

Great gem to stay in while in Liverpool. Everything was close by and really enjoyed the size of the rooms. We stayed on a Tuesday and Wednesday night so did not have to worry about the sound outside - I can imagine It could be loud on a weekend. The brunette woman who showed us to our room was really kind and lovely. Would stay here again!!
