Tastefully colorful interior of the common areas in contrast with black and white guest rooms was very refreshing. Workspace and mix of freetime activities, nice restaurant with variety of meals and breakfast bufet was very pleasant. The staff was friendly, and overall atmosphere calm. We loved everything about this hotel. We arrived on halloween night, so the hotel lobby was decorated for halloween and the kids liked it so much. Our room was a little small for us, a family with kids, but that’s understandable since all the other hotels we went to had almost similar room size for our no of pax. The room was very clean with sleek design. Beds, pillows and duvets were so comfy for us. The bathroom was immaculate and the hotel provided enough towels and toiletries for all of us. The staffs who served us at the reception were all super nice and friendly too. Our only regret was that we’re only there for one night and had to move to another city the next morning. It would have been nice if we could spend a few more nights to enjoy their hospitality. My son wanted to use the gym but there wasn’t enough time for him to do so. The hotel lobby also had a pool table that we really wished we had time to use. The generosity of the hotel did not only stop there. They also provided complementary coffee at the lobby and we helped ourselves with some while waiting for the rain to subside after we checked out. If you drive in Glasgow you can park at Charring Cross parking and get discounted price if you verify your parking ticket at the reception counter. Having said all these, we’ll definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone planning to spend time in Glasgow.

Great location, five minutes from Central and maybe ten from Queen Street. Underground station practically at the front door. The hotel is very nice, the room was comfortable and spacious by British standards. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was huge and everything was very clean. Price was absolutely OK for the quality. It was also very quiet with the window closed, even though there was a carnival around the corner.
