Excellent stay, everything brand new, very clean, really comfortable beds and lots extra little luxuries provided. Hosts very friendly and quick to help on phone with a couple of little things we weren’t sure about because all so new, and they have already sorted for the next visitors. Location very good for us on a very quiet side street in North Leeds, enabling us to pick up our son from Leeds station then set off early driving further north.

    We visit every year to visit our friends and enjoy the local...

    We visit every year to visit our friends and enjoy the local golf. Our location was great for the boys to golf and I was able to enjoy Eccup Reservoir and Roundhay Park. It was easy to travel with the wonderful bus system and Ubers. The people are friendly and the staff at the local coffee shop we visited each morning made us feel like locals.

    Walking distance to a choice of restaurants and cafes. Lovely cute small specialst shops, especially bookshop and plenty of supermarkets for supplies.Good parking beside the flat, but watch out for the birds messing up your car if you are unlucky, so maybe avoid parking under the trees round the corner!

    We loved it , plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the Accomadation . Theaccomadtion 32a River View was AMAZING. Everything was spotless , great info pack , everything finished to a ver high standard . Well done Zoe Barnes .We ate at The Deer Park friendly staff good food .

    Perfectly located near Roundhay Park, which is perfect for...

    Perfectly located near Roundhay Park, which is perfect for children and dogs alike, as well as the Roundhay Fox pub ( dog friendly) . There are a great choice of restaurants, cafes, bars, and convenience stores round the corner on Street Lane . The ring road is also close giving accessibility to A1 motorway as well as other areas of Yorkshire eg Harrogate, York.

    Was a very lovely area to stay in and wasn’t too far to get...

    Was a very lovely area to stay in and wasn’t too far to get to the city centre or anywhere we needed to go. Was more peaceful than the city centre and many things to do on the doorstep. We managed to get a cooked breakfast at the Wetherspoons close by.
