The hotel is very charming and the restaurant has a glass-enclosed space to enjoy the garden. My room was large with all the amenities I expected. I stayed for two nights and my room was cleaned and my bed made for my second night. The breakfast (included) offered a wide choice of options - plus fancy coffees, not just drip.

The check in experience was seamless with extremely professional staff. The hotel room was a great size with an extremely comfortable bed and a large functional bathroom with a bath. The breakfast was excellent with a continent buffet and personal service for cooked options. Staff were very friendly and professional. We had drinks in the elegant bar that was very cosy on a cold, wet evening. The staff made it a personal experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. Close to town (we ate in town for dinner). Would thoroughly recommend this beautiful, well appointed property.

Excellent communication from start to finish. The apartment is located in central Peebles but still easy to find parking out front after hours, alternative parking behind the unit if needed. All the lovely little extras such as cereal, milk, butter, and snacks way beyond anything else we've found. We definitely plan to return and stay a few nights next visit.
