The rooms are incredibly comfortable and the staff are fantastic. Robes and slippers were provided. The toiletries were very nice. There was enough coffee, milk etc for our stay and a really good coffee machine. The rooms are nicely spaced apart so you're not staring into your neighbours room. It also feels very safe as the rooms are behind the marina gates with an access fob required. We ate in the restaurant one of the nights and the food was excellent. So were the cocktails! We enjoyed sitting on the private deck in the evening. It's only a short walk to the train station with regular trains into Cardiff and to Barry island. We will definitely stay here again.

The deco was beautiful area manager was fab, reception staff were all lovely and the breakfast staff were fab willing to cater for customers one instance with breakfast scrambled eggs was part of the cooked breakfast but if you wanted fried eggs or pouched eggs the chef was more than happy to make it and other breakfast items

It's a very pleasant hotel. A great location into the city centre. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. It's a very pleasant stay. The rooms are very clean and spacious. This is my fifth time staying there. I love it. The breakfast is fab. Great choice of food . The adjoining room was great for what we needed it for. A 10/10 stay and we can't wait to come and stay again.
