Location was perfect for us travelling from Bristol airport. Looks recently refurbished, room perfect for what we required and clean. Food in the bar/restaurant was decent value and delicious. Nice touch having coffee/breakfast items available for guests leaving early hours in the morning for Bristol airport. Staff were all helpful and friendly.

Perfect little place away from the hustle and bustle, but yet close enough to the airport and city centre. The pictures do not this place justice! A pleasant environment. Three decent pubs: up-market Royal Inn overlooking the Severn, a good, Weatherspoons with better than usual staff, another pub over-looking the harbour basin. Portishead a good place to stroll around. Lidl and Waitrose alongside the hotel and M5 just 5 mins away.

Great stay for 2 families of 2+2.

Great stay for 2 families of 2+2. Very big house, easily accommodating 8 persons. Caroline and Muz were great and helpful hosts. Many amenities. Including but not limited to a hot tub, table tennis, a pool table, a sonos system, TVs in every room and, most importantly, a karaoke kit! The house is their family house so it is furnished as such, to a very high standard. Spacious with great views of Bristol Bay, this house comes highly recommended. Only yards away from the local coastal walk path.

Portishead is a very smart town, kept very clean.

Portishead is a very smart town, kept very clean. It has a lovely marina, within easy walking distace of the coast. Enjoy watching the big boats go by at high tide to the docks. Also watchng the smaller boats going in and out of the large lock. It's worth going to the town centre where there is a selection of retaurants. The Indian Empire restaurant in the High Street was excellent. We will visit Portishead again. There is also an excellent bus service to other resorts and Bristol,

Good location just off M5, has restaurants and coffee shops close by. Easy to North Devon, into Wales and towards Cotswolds... Comfortable beds, quiet hotel, not fancy but does the job, we would stay again

Having a Marinaview while I worked at my desk, being near to...

Having a Marinaview while I worked at my desk, being near to the marina for pleasant strolls, having a Waitrose and Nice eateries nearby, being able to open the window, even a little, during warm weather. Appreciated having a fan. I would certainly consider coming again.

Location was perfect for us as we were visiting family in Portishead. We have tried lots of places over the years and this was our favourite. The apartment was really clean, especially the floor, which I really appreciated. We weren't in there much but the kitchen had everything you would need and the bathroom was great, nice powerful, hot shower. Walking distance to the dock, Mokoko for breakfast - we had a great stay and will definitely use again.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel, thank you! Great central location in Portishead, and friendly staff. I was really pleased that the property provided hand soap in a refillable container as this saves on single-use plastics. Perhaps you could extend this to shower gel too instead of the small one-use shower gel bottles. This would vastly reduce plastic waste.

Friendly and quick checkin, hotel was previously a Travelodge and fittings, decor etc were "Travelodge like", room was comfortable and clean. Good location in the town, few restaurants including a Wetherspoons very close, plus Lidl immediately next door. Would use again if in area.
