    Ramsgate is a very interesting place to visit with the Harbour area so'trendy' What a selection of very nice restauranrs , coffee houses, etc. There is a very nice, clean, sandy beach - when it is 'HOT' !! At night, the various coloured lights thorughout the harbour area gives that area such a fascinating atmosphere. Yes, a lovely place to visit.

    Fairly quiet, enough to keep us interested.

    Fairly quiet, enough to keep us interested. Loved the Pavilion and the new bar/restaurant nearby on the beach. There was a lovely coastal path walk to Broadstairs. We appreciated the quiet whereas Broadstairs was rammed!

    Ramsgate is a delightful seaside town.

    Ramsgate is a delightful seaside town. The harbour area is fab to wander around, the beach is wide and roomy, plus it was easy to walk along the beach / broadwalk to Broadstairs which is also a gorgeous town to visit (where we watched a band play on the band stand and played crazy golf). A perfect place for a long weekend on the British seaside.

    Parts very run down.But others bright and a lovely walk along the cliff promenade.A very good Pub at the harbour pavilion does excellent breakfasts and has a lot of family friendly facilities. Really good bus service going in a loop and also a open top bus for that extra thrill!

    Loved the beaches and the old beachfront landscaping and architecture, relics of the Regency era, including Pulhamite rocks, which was something new for me (fake rocks!). The sandy beaches were charming, and each beach nearby feels different. Also love the chalk stacks and cliffs - it's all very beautiful. Not as run-down as I was anticipating. Thank you Ramsgate.

    Best Wetherspoons I've ever been in, sitting out on the terrace overlooking the sea, order from table via app, food and drinks very reasonable. Aperol Spritz £5! Then amazing seafood dinner, oysters, crab and mussels.. exceptional. Even managed a day on the beach and a swim, would definitely revisit.

    Beautiful cottage, exceptionally clean with stylish decor. Fully equipped kitchen. Loved the little courtyard and all the attention to detail throughout the cottage ensuring our stay was just perfect. The host was wonderful with good communication from booking onwards. Great location by the beach with good transport links to Margate and Broadstairs on the Thanet Loop bus. Would be very happy to stay again. We travelled with a 3 year old and an 18 month old who had a great time in Ramsgate. A travel cot was made available.

    My friend jozee Tucker has stayed there a couples of times when she comes to see me it’s a break for her she loves hotel room area breakfast and rest which serve lovely evening meals she loves ramsgate and beach and the parking for her car is over other side which she can see from hotel room

    Excellent seafront location. Our room was small but had a great view and a 4 poster bed. The hotel is full of original paintings - all the owner's collection. You can spend hours looking at and reading about these - quite fascinating
