I stayed 5 nights at the Sapphire Croydon London Hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The welcome was warm, with friendly staff always available. My room was clean, equipped with a kettle, coffee and tea, and serviced daily with fresh sheets, towels, and replenishment of drinking water, shampoo, and soap. The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. Breakfast was generous and varied: specialty halal sausages, boiled eggs, omelette, hash browns, hot baked beans, fruits, yoghurts, hot drinks and juices. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the hotel was very respectful of quiet hours (noise is limited until 11:00 pm on weekdays and midnight on Saturdays). I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, attentive service, and excellent breakfast. I will definitely return next time with my family.
