The Potting Shed is a hidden gem in the luscious Somerset countryside. The small cottage is surrounded by a superb organic garden with foraging chickens and views on the nearby church. Our hosts, Karin and Matthew, were wonderful in every way. We would have loved to stay longer!

We loved everything – both the location and the accommodation itself. Anete and Stuart had thought of everything, right down to the smallest details. It truly felt like home. Andy and Julie were so kind to us, and also offered suggestions for local itinerary. The Hideaway room was amazing, with lots of little thoughtful touches and gorgeously decorated. The garden view outside was lovely and so enjoyable. We slept like rocks in the comfortable and cool Hideaway. We cannot recommend this gem enough for a stay in the Glastonbury area. We will definitely stay here on future visits!

    The Potting Shed had everything we needed for our short stay. It was comfortable and cosy and we loved the setting in the beautiful garden. The hosts were very helpful with tips and advice for viewing the local starlings. Many thanks!

    Fantastic location close to lots of nature reserves and...

    Fantastic location close to lots of nature reserves and walking routes as well as Glastonbury and more. The welcome pack provided was incredible with food and drink including chilled goods- the best ever! The recycling and composting facilities were fabulous - so good to see owners taking this seriously. Definitely worth booking and immaculately maintained.

    We really enjoyed our stay, the Potting Shed was self contained, very clean and well laid out. Our host were exceedingly nice and very helpful from when we arrived until we left. It had a beautiful garden area. All in all an excellent find.
