Fabulous little hotel in an excellent location. The room was a very good size, well decorated and lovely and clean. All the little extras were a lovely surprise and much appreciated. Great instructions to find the property and to obtain access. We will definitely be back 👍

Stayed here over night for a concert at Sandringham. Perfectly placed for visiting the North Norfolk coast too! Staff were so helpful, nothing too much trouble. Great breakfast - all you could eat. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The location was perfect for me, as I'd spent 4 hours on a train and it was only a short walk away. The bed was really comfortable - I had the best night's sleep in ages! Ben was an absolute star - he called to check when I was arriving, and sent full instructions on how to get in out of hours. It was great value for money and the fact it was above a pub was the icing on the cake. I'll definitely be coming back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Labbadax House. Glenda and Lee are lovely hosts, and they recommended and booked a local dinner venue for us. Our room was very comfortable, well equipped and had nice little extras. Breakfast was wonderful, served in a very nice dining room in their home.

Beautiful setting looking over the Great Ouse - very comfortable room. Home from home. Fridge with fresh milk - just the little touches add to your stay. Do not expect top quality decorations etc. It is a little tired round the edges, but VERY clean and VERY comfortable - my second visit and hopefully I will return

    Everything was just perfect.

    Everything was just perfect. The Old hall itself is in a stunning location with beautiful gardens, wonderful animals to say hello to and enjoy, being massive animal lovers. The accommodation has taken everything into consideration and is absolutely beautiful. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy . So much thought and love has gone into this place, made all the more special by such a warm and friendly welcome from Gil and Philip. Their suggested itinerary was most welcome and we managed to visit most of their recommendations and were not disappointed. We can’t rate our stay highly enough and will definitely look forward to returning!

    We were very pleased with the B & B the host were great and...

    We were very pleased with the B & B the host were great and made you so welcome, there were tea and coffee along with filter water in the room, the room was clean with on suite bathroom, bed was very comfortable. We had a full English breakfast along with cereal, fresh fruit and yogurt, toast with home made jam and hone. Plenty of room to park round the back. It was close to Kings Lynne for a evening meal. We were very happy with everything and looking forward to going again

    Lovely visits to Castle Acre Priory and Castle; Castle...

    Lovely visits to Castle Acre Priory and Castle; Castle Rising; Oxburgh Hall and Sandringham House. Lots to see in the old town of King's Lynn, and not too far from the beaches at Heacham and Hunstanton. Tilney All Saints is a very small village but there is a Co-Op in the next village, and it is near to King's Lynn. The hosts can advise on visits, restaurants, deliveries from take-aways etc.
