Location of the hotel was perfect with country side feel and so much open space for a good walk. Interiors of the hotel are also quite unique giving feel of cosy pub/restraunt and very different open glass view eating area with a lot of plants around. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay in one of the cottages’ rooms in the mews. The hotel is a dream come true. Great location and definitely worth to have a walk around the property. We had a very nice afternoon tea. The staff is so helpful and extremely kind.

Beautiful English country house hotel - with lovely English country gardens. Staff were a particular strong point. We had a group with numerous dietary requirements which were all met and delivered without any fuss. Service in the Michelin rated dining room was first class at dinner. Very pleasant areas at spa, both inside and outside, to relax in whether or not having treatments. Overall an excellent hotel experience.

This place had a very reasonable price and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The rooms were cozy and had a charming ambiance that perfectly matched the outskirts of the city vibe. The hotel's location provided a peaceful and serene environment, away from the hustle and bustle. One of the highlights of our stay was the food. The menu offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, and each meal was prepared with great care and attention to detail. The flavors were outstanding, and I found myself eagerly looking forward to each meal. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. They were always ready to assist with any request or question we had, and their helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.

The staff was courteous in their own bubble.

The staff was courteous in their own bubble. The atmosphere was quiet and calm. Good ambience still. The rooms are ok.and to a good standard. No one mentioned the hospital's menu if a guest feels like ordering lunch or dinner. In otherwords I think you can sell the hotel more to your guests what you are about. I was only there for a short stay on both occasions hence I couldn't explore much.

We opted for an evening meal for both days and thoroughly enjoyed them both. The breakfast had plenty to choose from even those watching their weight! The room we were in was modern and very clean and we have booked more stays later on in the year.Thoroughly recommended

Charming village in the Cotswolds.

Charming village in the Cotswolds. Has a lovely church, St Mary Magdalen, with a Norman tower. Great base for doing some walks on the Cotswold Way. The only place to stay or eat is the Compass Inn, but this is excellent.
