1. The room was larger than I had expected. (I booked a single room). Although the room faced the street, I had no problems sleeping even with the window open. 2. A good breakfast menu offering a choice of dishes, using high quality ingredients. 3. A beer garden - the possibility to sit outside.

I stayed in the top floor room. The view was great! Comfortable large bed, spacious room. Showers were clean and modern, plenty of hot water. The room was quiet.

Great room and wonderful restaurant/bareca with a menu to suits everyone through the day. A bit different from the standard fare in the Dales - very welcome. Parking was also easy and plentiful. Staff friendly and profesionall.

Fabulous breakfast and evening meal. Veggie burger was very nice. Very friendly and amenable staff. Good to have top ups to tea and coffee on the landing. Very close to our grand daughter's student accommodation which was a bonus. Quite area but not far to walk to bustling street with restaurants etc and also the botanic gardens. Free onsite parking.

We enjoyed the stay.

We enjoyed the stay. Hosts ( Julia and David) were friendly, lovely and extremely helpful. They live next door and were available at anytime. Very good location… in countryside with easy access to attractions and Sheffield town centre. Hot tub and Sauna was really good. Kids enjoyed the play area. Garden was lovely. Excellent cottage .
