The property was great and had the old world charm with all the modern amenities one would need. The service was excellent and kids had a good time. One aspect we would have liked is the hotel to have a few more dining options.

We had sunday lunch which was really good, just enough room left for dessert which was also lovely. The wine list is a little limited although the wine we had was really nice. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel the following evening which was just as good. The staff are absolutely lovely from front to back, day and night. The hotel has a really warm homely feel to it. The lounge area with the fireplace was really cosy and comfortable, we nearly fell asleep there. The room was very well presented and i have never stayed in a room so clean. The attention to detail is first class.

Loved the place. Just right behind the touristy part of Bourton on the water. Easy for us to hop in and out of hotel with a toddler whose moods we can't predict. Fantastic service and my toddler loved the housedog Burty! Breakfast was also great. Small lil touches like gifting of a rubber ducky to my toddler which she cherishes so much. Loved it!

For room, a lot of care is made to ensure comfort of guests, eg. the wooden toilet seat, the free coffee and drinks, etc. For breakfast, they are delicious and the serving is generous. I am overfed! Dinner is really value for $$, the variety offer breaks monotony.

He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests, making our experience truly memorable. The room was impressively spacious, offering ample space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. It was immaculately clean, reflecting the hotel’s high standards of hygiene and comfort. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The quality of the food was outstanding, providing a perfect start to our days. The staff were exceptional, as soon as we walked through the door, they made you welcome and couldn't do enough for you. The hotel and grounds were fantastic, the rooms were beautiful, clean and lovely to have all the extras with a selection of hot drinks and waters as well as biscuits. The breakfast and evening meals were outstanding, a good choice with delicious food. We were made to feel special by all staff and nothing was too much trouble.
