Excellent staff, a lovely warm welcome. Being upgraded is always a bonus! A good sized bedroom with a large bath, fluffy large white towels. Complementary tea, coffee, fresh milk biscuits and water. Bed was comfy, with a portable Dyson fan and air-conditioning. Good blackout curtains. Dinner and breakfast was superb.

Gorgeous spacious room and bathroom. Delightful staff. Views across the river were spectacular. We had dinner and breakfast- both were excellent. Really recommend the sea food linguine!

The receptionist, sorry I can't remember her name , was great and very warm and welcoming. All questions had answers with her, thank you very much. Breakfast was very good. Location was great as it is literally 5 minutes from the pier, which is great. Room clean and tidy. Spacious room.

We wanted dog friendly hotel and this was perfect in every way. Excellent amenities, stylish, comfortable and all the staff were extremely helpful cheerful and nothing was too much trouble.

The owners book you in and that is the last you see of them,...

The owners book you in and that is the last you see of them, its nice if you like the relaxed approach. The tent was lovely and had everything we needed for our short stay. The toilet facilities is another matter. There is 1 toilet and 1 shower for each the male and females. There were some that used the toilet to get ready for the day instead of their accommodation or shower room. This meant the 1 and only toilet could be out of action for over an hr at a time. This is not the place for anyone with a weak bladder.
