The staff were very lovely and welcoming. The location was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. The size of our bedroom was great. We ate there in the evening and the fish and chips were the best we have ever had! Just a lovely relaxing experience

The Widemouth Manor is a warm friendly pub/ hotel and looks out over the sandy bay which is famous for its surfing. Just off the A39, access to Devon and Cornwall could not be better.

WM was our last stay on our Cornish Adventure, and we could not have asked for a better ending. WM welcomed us with open arms and provided us with flexible accommodation, great drinks and amazing food in the evening, overlooking the sea and we found ourselves drifting into the sunset with the magical view this place provides. Beds and rooms were superb. Food was plentiful and tasty, fresh Sea bass, Tennessee chicken bursting with flavor and you must try the local specialty if you can - the RIBS!!! A heartfelt thank you WM for just being who you are and giving us this experience and sanctuary after some staying-experiences which had downed our spirits a bit. Would have loved to stayed longer and use WM as a base of exploration, but maybe next time :-)

It was a pleasure staying in Rachel’s house. The kids could feed the animals in the morning and the homemade products especially cakes and bread were delicious! We can absolutely recommend this B&B!

From the moment we arrived Nicki the landlady was charming and attentive ,showed us to our room that far exceeded our expectations ,this is a hidden jewel and we will definitely return ,we have already recommended it to 2 friends and will continue to spread the good word . Thank you for the amazing stay. The room was spacious and clean. Surrounding gardens are well kept and so relaxing. There are nice walks near the house . Breakfast was very generous and kept us full for most of the day :)

Having visited Widemouth for many many years, always felt peace here, a very relaxing place, lovely for children, perhaps a little more things for teenagers , would be better, but there is always bude, which has adventure activities.

Perfect beach and amazing sunset at the end of the day.

Perfect beach and amazing sunset at the end of the day. Wonderful coastal walk to the beautiful town of Bude. Widemouth Bay is dog friendly all year round at the black rock end of the beach so perfect for dog owners to visit any time of year.
