The bed was comfy, the room spacious and the toilet even has a bidet which is great. The room, the restaurant and every passage was SUPER clean. Apart from that, the owners, M and L are beyond amicable, gentle and warm. We came in as strangers and we left feeling as I went to visit my far family which is a very particular feeling. We even got a wine cellar tour by L and enjoyed some lovely chacha and rakija. Finally, the breakfast that we received was amazing. And the hosts made sure to make us feel welcome, talked to us, cared about our perception of the stay and so on. Would return anytime ☺️ To future guests- booking shows you the wrong address which will take you through a random road leading to nowhere. Do yourself a favor and write the name of the hotel in google maps :)

It is a historic building and looks beautiful. The rooms have an old school look but in a positive way. It is close borjomi park. Our highlights were the daily spa sessions including sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi. We also loved the breakfast. We had read that it was bad but we could not confirm it. We also spend NYE here. The staff was very attentive and left some small traditional Georgian bites in our room which was a small but welcomed gesture.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The conditions were super comfortable, everything felt new, modern, and very well designed. The hotel itself is beautiful and cozy, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious - the best we ever had in hotels. A special thanks to Sandro, who was incredibly helpful and kind. He gave us great recommendations for great places to eat and really made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The location is perfect close to the city center and very convenient for exploring. Another big advantage is that the Bakuriani ski resort is only about 30 minutes away by car. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone and would happily stay here again!

it is very quiet and clean hotel. It is perfect place for resting and surrounded by green tree . And, the owners is lovely and nice couple. She tried to best do everything for me. After tibilisi, if you want take a rest fully. Forest echo is definitely fit for you.

Borjomi is always wonderful, but I especially love it in autumn (September–November). We’ve been going there for the fifth year, and every time we want to come back again and again. This year, the town has become even cleaner, cozier, and overall more refreshed. I recommend it to everyone who loves crystal-clear air, fluffy mountains, and endless forest walks. A special recommendation — swimming in the pools, as it’s healthy, beautiful, and truly enjoyable.

Borjomi in late May was a serene escape. Mornings greeted us with enchanting clouds over pine-covered mountains. We wandered through forest trails, listened to the mountain river, and explored an abandoned railway. The tranquility, enhanced by the off-peak season, made our stay truly peaceful.

Borjomi is a famous destination, best known for its legendary natural mineral water. I've visited this place four times over the past ten years, and it never gets old! Just a short drive away is Bakuriani, a charming mountain resort that's also well worth a visit, especially if you're into skiing or enjoying fresh mountain air. You can easily plan a trip from 1 to 3 days depending on your interests. There are plenty of hotels and spa resorts to choose from, and the beautifully maintained parks make this area perfect for a relaxing and refreshing getaway. Borjomi is a true highlight of Georgia — peaceful, scenic, and full of character.

Great destination for families with kids particularly in...

Great destination for families with kids particularly in spring and summer. Get ready to walk a lot and enjoy fresh and oxygenated air during your stay in Borjomi. Food is mainly very tasteful at local restaurants, but same prices as in big cities of Georgia. We enjoyed our food in several places: Old Borjomi, My house, Pesvebi, Plato and Inka. It is really easy to get around the city. Everything is accessible by foot.

I visited in September and do not recommend it, as it is considered off-season. We were taken to the flower garden, only to discover it empty of blooms.The lack of color in the garden was disheartening, and it felt particularly disappointing after our anticipation. We had envisioned vibrant landscapes filled with bursts of floral beauty, but instead, we wandered through wilted foliage and overgrown weeds. The once-promised splendor was nowhere to be found. The locals mentioned that it might be better to visit during peak blooming months, which made me realize how our timing was tragically off. There were still a few shriveled remnants of flowers, their faded petals a haunting reminder of what could have been. Moreover, the lack of tourists in the area gave it an eerie vibe, as many attractions seemed closed or under maintenance. Dining options were limited as well, with only a handful of restaurants operating, which might work for those seeking a quiet getaway but left us craving variety and atmosphere. In hindsight, I can see the charm of the destination, but I'd recommend planning your visit for the lively spring or summer months when the gardens truly come alive. It might be an easy journey, but the experience can easily fall flat in the off-season.

One of the nicest houses. The rooms were spacious and very clean. There were many designated smoking areas. The kitchen was unique and fully equipped with everything you might need. There were outdoor areas where you could eat or play. The hostess was very kind and welcoming (Look at the welcome sweets she prepared for us ❤️) The house is located quite close to the center of Borjomi—only a 15-minute walk. Don’t waste your money on expensive hotels—choose this place instead! 😀❤️

Mari and Shota are very kind, educated & gentle hosts, to whom we'll certainly be returning during one of our future travels in Georgia. It was a pleasure for us to spend four days at their place, especially enjoying the evenings on their terrace/balcony with a bootle of Georgian wine, good talks and a fantastic view on the mountain scenery sourrounding Borjomi. Highly recommended!!!

The hotel is really in the city center and very close to the central bus station. The rooms are all very cosy, spacious and clean. Most of them have a view to the river. You can take breakfast at the veranda. The lady who took care of everything Ana is very nice and helpful. She speaks Georgian, English and Russian. She made our stay very memorable.

The hotel and the room were clean. Nice view from the balcony, where you can sit in the evening with a glass of georgian wine. The staff were kind and friendly, helped us with anything we needed . One of the receptionists spoke English, and the other spoke Russian, so we really appreciated that .
